Shipping and Returns
Delivery within New Zealand
Standard NZ North Island shipping for regular items is $12
South Island shipping for regular items is $17
Free shipping on orders over $145
For larger items including furniture, shipping is calculated on the weight of the product and we'll notify you of the delivery costs via email. Orders are generally sent using a signature required service, so a card will be left by the courier if you are not home. We are located in Auckland and sometimes there will be the option to pick up. Just drop us an email before you order to check. Sorry, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Delivery Time frames:
North Island 7 days
South Island 7-10 days
All large items, you will be advised of the eta.
All parcels will require a signature on delivery for security and peace of mind for both ourselves and the customer. When checking out please supply us with a physical address, such as a workplace, where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9-5pm weekdays. We cannot delivery to a PO BOX address.
Once we have fulfilled your order and the courier has picked it up, a tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow its progress.
International Shipping
At the moment, we don't offer International Delivery as standard. However, if you require products delivered internationally please contact us with your location so we can see if we can help you out. We'll get some costs and get back to you as soon as we can.
Returns Policy
Thanks for shopping at Maison&Maven. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Simply send us a message via our contact page.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.
Unfortunately, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
